Daniel Lokun is the principal of Lokun Law. Daniel is a 1996 graduate of York University, Osgoode Hall Law School.   Prior to that in 1994, he earned a B.A. in History, from the University of Toronto. After graduating law school, Daniel was admitted to the Ontario bar in February 1996.  

 

Daniel Lokun has aggressively represented the rights of individuals and families who have required his services before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court, the Ontario Small Claims Court, various tribunals, and also before the Toronto District School Board.   Cases have involved civil litigation, estate litigation, criminal defence, and many types of administrative law. Daniel Lokun has built his practice and takes pride in consistently obtaining the best possible outcomes for his clients.
